It is official, we are moving to the Grand Canyon in two weeks. The house goes on the market tomorrow and I am exhausted. It is a lot of work to get a house ready. The garage sale is on sat.
I am looking forward to this move. I enjoyed the time up there this summer and I am happy to make it my new home. I am still working on my header, it is hard to do without a proper graphics program. I am also trying to get a couple of quilts and baby blankets done.
Several posts will follow once I can take pictures of our new pad. We will be living about 10 min from the south rim. More to come soon.

The Grand Canyon? Wow. You know, it never occurred to me that people live there. I don't know why. But I haven't been since I was a young kid.

This is soooo cool!!! You're actually moving into the Canyon itself. Sigh, if I ever get a chance to make my way there, can I haggle a night's stay at your place? Must be some experience staying in the Canyon itself....

what a beautiful view....am so envious.
I live in the middle of a butling city and close my eyes to dream of the Himalayas to sustain myself in this made rush.
