Simply Spicy

I went searching for something South Indian to make and ran across this site Simply Spicy: http://simplyspicy.blogspot.com
I really like the unique flavors of Southern Indian cooking and we just love the Manga Curry and the Kori Kari. If you have any dishes to share I would love to see them.

I made them with puri or my cheating version of wheat tortias that I fry in oil till they blow up some. Husband was very happy and my son liked the manga curry alot.

Niki--yes we have all the spices and I am getting to be a better chef. You see it is a challenge since my husband's family was not too confident in my ability to learn to cook Indian food : ) They are more impressed now for sure. I am going to use these two recipes on them.

Pravs..I was planning on it and will link you up soon.

Parvs--Karnataka : ) We went to Kerela and I feel in love with the food. Just getting to the point where I feel comfortable cooking new stuff without having tried it before.

Cool! I'm too chicken to try Indian cuisine coz 1) I don't know how to order 2) I don't want to look like a fool in front of the waiters if I keep asking for iced water
